### 1. Information We Collect
- **User Information**: Your name, mobile number, and user ID.
- **Customer Information**: Names, mobile numbers, and addresses of your milk customers.
- **Business Records**: Milk supply records, quantities, rates, payments, pending amounts, etc.
- Device information (IP address, device model, OS version) and app usage data.
- SMS and Bluetooth permissions for sending receipts and printing.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and does not collect precise location data.
### 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
- Provide milk record management features.
- Send SMS receipts and reminders.
- Enable Bluetooth printing.
- Improve the Application.
- Contact you for important updates and support.
### 3. Monetization (Ads & Premium Subscription)
The Application is currently free. However, we may introduce **advertisements** and **premium subscription** features in the future.
- **Advertisements**: If ads are added, third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect certain device and usage data to show personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage ad preferences through your device settings.
- **Premium Subscription**: Paid users may get additional features such as cloud backup, ad removal, advanced reports, etc. Subscription will be handled through Google Play Billing.
We will notify users clearly before introducing any paid features or advertisements.
### 4. Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device by default. We are not responsible for any data loss due to device issues, uninstallation, or any other reason. Users are advised to take regular backups.
### 5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties.
**The Service Provider shall not be liable** for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your data under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for backing up your milk records.
### 6. Third Party Access
- We do not sell your personal data or your customers’ data.
- Aggregated anonymized data may be shared with analytics services (e.g., Firebase).
- If advertisements are added, third-party ad networks may have access to limited device data as per their own privacy policies.
- SMS is sent through your device’s default SMS service.
We may disclose information only when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
### 7. Your Responsibilities
- Obtain consent from your customers before saving their details and sending SMS.
- Comply with TRAI and other applicable laws for commercial messages.
- Take regular backups of your data.
### 8. Data Retention & Deletion
Data stays on your device as long as the app is installed. You can request deletion of any account-related data by emailing us.
### 9. Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for adult milk business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
### 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as we add new features (including ads and premium subscriptions). Any changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.
